In 2016, driven by her passion for health and wellbeing, Eveline Koeman launched The World of Happiness to help integrate wellness into the business world. This mission evolved further in 2023 with the founding of Meeting in Balance, where we focus exclusively on helping both event organizers and venues create wellness-forward event experiences that deliver lasting impact.

With over 20 years of experience in organizing international conferences, business events, and corporate meetings, Eveline had the privilege of working with global organizations like the World Glaucoma Association, Oracle, Deutsche Bank, the European Commission, World Expo, and many more. Throughout this journey, one truth has become clear: the most successful events don’t just deliver content, they create experiences that leave attendees energized, focused, and inspired. That’s where wellbeing becomes essential.
